    David is a former federal prosecutor and experienced business litigator whose work is now solely devoted to arbitration and serving as a court-appointed neutral/special master in state and federal court. Having practiced for more than 40 years, Mr. Lichter has been engaged to mediate and arbitrate more than 2,000 matters, is hired regularly by plaintiffs and defendants, and arbitrates cases throughout the United States and abroad. He is A/V rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and appears in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® (2024 Lawyer of the Year, Arbitration and Mediation); 2024 edition of Florida Super Lawyers® and was selected as the 2017 “Top Solo” attorney by the Dade County Bar Association.

    Mayra Lichter

    Mayra’s practice focuses on issues relating to non-profit organizations. Mayra also has substantial experience in appellate matters. Mayra received her B.A. from Brown University Magna Cum Laude in 1980 and her J.D. from the University of Florida with honors in 1983. At the University of Florida, she served on the Moot Court Board, was a legal research and writing fellow, and won Best Oral Advocate at the Justice Campbell Thornall Moot Court Competition.
